Jump right in: Clubs prove eager for the new year

Any returning student to Fairfield this fall knows that if they don't wish to look forward to the headaches of move-in day, readjusting to the food in Barone, or trying to remember the room number in Canisius where your English class is, there's always the University Clubs and Organizations Activities Fair.

In its usual spot in both the Oak Room and Oak Room Patio, the Activities Fair is a staple event in the sequence of being reacquainted to Fairfield. The event, held this year on Friday, Sept. 5, is filled with wide-eyed freshmen, over-zealous club presidents and upperclassmen in attendance simply for the free food and prizes.
