Wednesday, 11/19
2:58 p.m. – A student was uncooperative and used profanities toward a DPS officer for failure to stop at a stop sign. The student was referred to student conduct.
3:36 p.m. – Residence Life found drug paraphernalia while performing a health and safety inspection in Jogues Hall. This also resulted in the finding of a small amount of suspected marijuana. The student was arrested by Fairfield Police and was referred to student conduct.
4:48 p.m. – An anonymous tip led DPS officers to a room in Dolan Hall, where officers found a small amount of possible cocaine. The student was arrested by Fairfield Police and was referred to student conduct.
Thursday, 11/20
2:43 p.m. – Five vehicles were found parked in the Regis Hall parking lot with fraudulent Fairfield parking stickers. The owners of the cars were identified and referred to student conduct.
Friday, 11/21
9:47 p.m. – An individual in Jogues tampered with the fire alarm equipment creating water to flow from one of the valves. Minimal damage was done and the individual was identified and referred to student conduct.
8:22 p.m. – Two underage students were found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages in Regis Hall. The students were referred to student conduct.
8:57 p.m. – A Claver Hall window in the first floor lounge was found punched in and broken. The matter is under investigation by DPS.
11:17 p.m. – Two white males entered a Townhouse on 6 block and damaged hanging items that were on the wall. The matter is under investigation by DPS.
Saturday, 11/22
12:32 a.m. – Two students were found walking through the Barlow Road gate entrance while it was closed. The students were referred to student conduct.
12:34 a.m. – Three students were found walking through the Barlow Road gate entrance while it was closed. The students were referred to student conduct.
12:48 a.m. – Three students were found walking through the Jogues gate entrance while it was closed. The students were referred to student conduct.
10:10 p.m. – A 7 block Townhouse reported a cell phone had been taken from the house during a social gathering. The matter is under investigation by DPS.
11:15 p.m. – An underage student in Gonzaga Hall was found with alcohol. The student was referred to student conduct.
11:23 p.m. – A sink in Jogues was removed from the wall maliciously. Three individuals are suspected to be involved; the matter is under investigation by DPS.
11:46 p.m. – A non-student was found passed out at the Levee and was uncooperative with DPS officers. The individual was issued a criminal trespassing warning.
Sunday, 11/23
12:20 a.m. – DPS officers found a male to be parking illegally on the grass off of Lynch Road. It was found the individual was under the influence of alcohol while operating the vehicle and was issued a DUI.
1:11 a.m. – An entrance door window in Gonzaga was found kicked by a student. The student was identified and was referred to student conduct.
3:01 a.m. – A scooter in Campion Hall was found to be vandalized; the matter is under investigation by DPS.
2:31 – An anonymous tip alerted DPS that a Christmas tree in Jogues had been stolen. The matter is under investigation by DPS.
Monday, 12/1
7:39 p.m. – A bracelet valued at around $300-$400 was stolen from a 47 Mahan Road apartment. The matter is under investigation by DPS.
Tuesday, 12/2
9:03 a.m. – A student reported that an unknown male was seen with what looked like a firearm in his waistband. The firearm was not used in a threatening way; the matter is under investigation by DPS.
