The dish: Classic Ham and Cheese Omelette

The ingredients:

2-3 scoops of egg
1/4 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

The preparation:

1. Sprinkle bottom of skillet with olive oil.
2. Add 2 to 3 scoops of egg.
3. Cook until perimeter liquid is firm.
4. Add ham and cheese.
5. Once cheese begins to melt, flip egg on itself.
6. Allow omelette to cook until golden brown.
