I’m back from my A-MA-ZING week in Germany! My journey to Germany took a full 12 hours thanks to RyanAir.com. I’m not bitter that the three hour journey was so much longer, though, because I was able to get the tickets for only 70 euro (with an extra 100 euro of taxes, but the 70 sounds cheaper).

Hola Fairfield! Once again, I’m writing from Granada, Spain with updates of life abroad! This week has been loads of fun. We went on an excursion this past weekend to San Jose. It was a cute village with some amazing beaches. The main beach was about a 20 minute walk from the village, and from the main beach we were able to hike in the mountains to find other more secluded beaches.

¡Hola Fairfield! It’s been three weeks since I’ve arrived in Spain and just over two weeks since beginning life in Granada. The program started us out with a four-day Madrid orientation. There are 40 students that started in the program with me, and we all stayed at a hotel in the center of Madrid.
