A superseding indictment was returned today, charging Doug Perlitz ‘92 with nine more counts relating to alleged sexual abuse in Haiti.

The defense for Doug Perlitz ’92, the alumnus who is currently facing 10 counts of charges relating to travel to a foreign country and engaging in illicit sexual conduct, filed a motion to dismiss the charges on several grounds.

Over winter break, Perlitz’s attorneys filed a motion to extend the motion dates, and the government indicated that they would produce another large discovery soon.
