After nearly 30 years of coaching at All Hallows High School in the Bronx, N.Y., John Carey made the move to the collegiate ranks last week by joining Fairfield's basketball coaching staff. Carey replaces Andy Buzzbee, '00, who resigned in June after two years as an assistant at Fairfield.

The concert will be at Alumni Hall and will cost between $5 and $15 for students according to FUSA president Karen Donoghue.

As the basketball season approaches on Friday, the women's team is up for another big year, and the one word to describe this team: unpredictable. The Stags have six new faces on the team this year, and each of them can prove to be an intricate part of the team.
After a rocky start to the season, the football team finished the year by winning four of the team's final six games, ending the year with a 5-6 overall record. When asked for an interview by The Mirror, second-year head coach Joe Bernard told the sports information office that he had "prior engagements" after initially agreeing to meet for a face-to-face interview.
