But at 21, the time comes when Christmas lists start to look a little different. So here is my “Grown-up Christmas list”, just in case you’re feeling generous I live at the Wooden Seamen.

Besides needing a break from school, it’s a good time to take a break from each other (and the bartenders at The Grape. When Carlos can identify you and your housemates by name it’s time to relax for awhile).

When you’re staying in with the girls, you’re free to watch as much Grey’s Anatomy as you want, in your pajamas, without make-up on. Cuisine of the night will probably include Reese’s, Tostitos, (plus lots of other miscellaneous junk food) and lots of wine. And yes – we will probably be talking about that awkward hook-up with the guy in the Bret Michaels wig.

When guys think of girls living together, they like to picture lingerie, pillow fights, and slumber parties. In reality, it bears more resemblance to “Flavor of Love.”

And there are always a few (way more than a few, but I’m trying to be nice) who run around in their underwear with one accessory (ears, wings, etc.) that entirely forms their costume. Think Mean Girls. Hey- if you really want to run around without pants on pretending you’re Super Girl, be my guest. But please note, it’s going to be about 40 degrees.

“Wicked” is defined in the dictionary as “evil or morally bad in principle or practice; sinful”. No wonder only those from Massachusetts use it in their vocabulary.
