In the final hours before spring break, Fairfield men's lacrosse defeated Rutgers 11-7 for their ECAC victory in their first conference game. However, the success was short lived for the Stags. During their spring break, men's lacrosse went down south to Boca Raton, Fla.

Men’s lacrosse hangs with Syracuse, beats LeMoyne

Men's lacrosse took to upstate New York last weekend for a double-header scrimmage against a pair of former national champions: 2004 Division I national champ Syracuse and 2004 Division II. champ LeMoyne, at Syracuse's Carrier Dome. The Stags played both teams for three quarters each and were able to mix in their veterans as well as gain some valuable experience for their younger players.

Hockey dominating MCHC

The success just keeps on rolling for Fairfield men's club ice hockey team. Coming off a 9-3 victory over Columbia University, the team has found themselves in the midst of a 10-game winning streak. Overall the team is 11-1 since the Penn State Berks Tournament and 8-1 in its division.

Men’s lacrosse schedule set for first season in ECAC

The MAAC was not enough of a challenge for mens lacrosse, so in 2000 they moved on to the Great West Lacrosse League. But after winning the GWLL last season and being ranked as high as No. 15 in the nation, that wasn't enough either, and the Stags will enter play this year in the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC), one of the best conferences in the country.

Volleyball off to quick start with two easy MAAC wins

After a successful start to the season, the women's volleyball team continued to ride high into the MAAC portion of their season by defeating Marist College and Siena College at home. On Wednesday, the team defeated Marist College 3-1 to end a three-game at-home losing streak.
