Forget the MoMa: Great art comes to FU

Retooling: Tim O’Toole not to return next year

There were plenty of reasons for Athletic Director Gene Doris to renew Head Basketball Coach Tim O'Toole's contract. In addition to the fact that O'Toole's league record was the best of any Fairfield coach in 25 years, Doris has known O'Toole since he was a freshman at Arch Bishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, N.Y.

Victim comments on Rom’s character

I am a former Fairfield University graduate and former football teammate of William Rom. I have seen first hand the things that Rom did while he was a student at Fairfield, and I know that the jury was not provided the full and truthful story. Carey Dietmann, a member of the jury that awarded sums in excess of $100,000 stated: "The message should go out not only to Fairfield University but to other colleges that kids will make mistakes and, when they do, schools have to deal with them fairly.
