Students refocus winter service trip

During winter break, 20 Fairfield students will return to New Orleans after receiving criticism from Fairfield two years earlier. They will be accompanied by Student Programs and Leadership Development Assistant Director Tyler McClain and Associate Director of Career Planning Stephanie Grejtak.

Service entices students to rethink spring break

Instead of traveling to a remote location with friends for spring break, students are choosing to help repair homes, serve food at soup kitchens, tutor children and interact with the elderly in different parts of the United States and Ecuador.

Rewarding students for school spirit

Students will have the opportunity to win prizes and redeem points by using the new Fairfield Stag Rewards App when attending sporting events this year. The Division of Student Affairs along with Fairfield’s athletic program debuted this program to students on Oct. 1.
