10:14 p.m. A TV set’s brackets collapsed in the Dolan School of Business and the TV was destroyed. It is not believed to have been caused by foul play.
Friday, Oct. 24
11:12 a.m. A fire hydrant by the Dolan School of Business was hit by an unknown vehicle. The Fairfield Fire Department was contacted and the hydrant was taken off line.
11:51 p.m. An odor believed to be marijuana was detected in Jogues Hall. The Fairfield Police Department was called and responded. The students were referred to student conduct.
Sunday, Oct. 25
1:44 a.m. A student refused to present ID for a RA. Public Safety was notified and student was referred to student conduct.
9:00 a.m. A motor vehicle accident involving a student and a University vehicle occurred. No injuries were sustained by either party.
9:30 p.m. A fallen tree hit a campus operations vehicle at maintenance complex. The accident was said to be due to wind.
Monday, Oct. 26
4:59 a.m. A caller reported several unknown males trying to access Jogues through a window. Public Safety responded and identified the individuals, who admitted to gaining access to the building through a window due to not having stag cards on themselves. Students were referred to student conduct.
10:26 a.m. A fake ID was found in possession’ by a student and was confiscated by Public Safety. The student was then referred to judicial.
9:41 a.m. A power outage occurred across campus. Power was restored around 12:30 p.m.
5:43 p.m. The smell of gas was reported in Jogues Hall. Officers responded and found no risk present. The hallway was then ventilated.
