10:54 a.m.

DPS is investigating a burglary in Donnarumma Hall. A professor’s door was found pried open. The investigation is ongoing.

 

Friday, 4/13

11:35 p.m.

DPS observed two males urinating near townhouse 6 block. They were identified as students and referred to student conduct.

 

Saturday, 4/14

12:00 a.m.

An officer at the checkpoint encountered an individual claiming to be a non-student demanding access onto campus. The individual presented a fake Delaware driver’s license and the individual was eventually found to be a Fairfield University student. The student was referred to student conduct for possession of a fake ID.

 

12:15 a.m.

Residence Life staff alerted DPS to a possibly intoxicated student in Jogues Hall. The student was evaluated and deemed to be in stable condition. This student was referred to student conduct.

 

12:40 a.m.

An individual was stopped by DPS under suspicion that they were a minor in possession of alcohol. The individual was identified as a student and the alcohol was disposed of. The student was referred to student conduct for disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol.

 

12:50 a.m.

DPS observed two males urinating outside townhouse 10 block. They were both identified as students and referred to student conduct.

 

1:00 a.m.

A bartender at the Levee stated that there were three individuals consuming alcohol that they had brought from outside. The individuals were identified as students and referred to student conduct.

 

8:50 a.m.

An individual in Campion Hall reported that a male was found inside their room going through their laundry. DPS identified the individual as a student and questioned them. The student was referred to the dean of students office.

 

12:51 p.m.

An individual at the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts saw four females acting disorderly. Through investigation the females were all identified as students and were found to be in possession of alcohol. The alcohol was disposed of and they were referred to the dean of students office.

 

9:00 p.m.

DPS was alerted to the odor of marijuana in Jogues Hall. Two students were found inside the room. They voluntarily surrendered their marijuana and pariphanilia. Fairfield Police was contacted and both individuals were issued infractions for the drugs and paraphernalia.

 

11:00 p.m.

Public Safety was investigating the smell of marijuana in Regis Hall. While investigating a room the individuals were found to be in possession of 4 beers and were referred to student conduct. No marijuana was found at the scene.

 

Sunday, 4/15

12:54 a.m.

DPS observed an individual who appeared to be intoxicated outside the townhouses. The individual was identified as a non-student. This individual was intoxicated as well as hostile and uncooperative. Fairfield Police was requested by DPS as well as an ambulance. The individual was charged with criminal trespassing and transported to the hospital for further evaluation.

 

10:30 p.m.

DPS was investigating the odor of marijuana in Regis Hall and located one student in possession of 3.48 grams of marijuana as well as paraphernalia. The student was referred to the dean of students office.
