Wednesday, 11/20

7:26 p.m. – The odor of marijuana led DPS to discover a small amount of suspected marijuana and paraphernalia in Jogues Hall.  The student was cited by Fairfield Police and referred to student conduct.

Thursday, 11/21

8:47 a.m. – A Prep student’s vehicle was reported vandalized in the Prep parking lot.  A suspect has been identified and referred to the Prep Dean of Students.

4:14 p.m. – A resident of 47 Mahan Road reported someone had entered their apartment and vandalized their 42-inch TV.

Friday, 11/22

2:09 p.m. – Students in the Regis Parking Lot were observed moving a University couch out of Regis Hall and into a vehicle, supposedly for a film project.  Upon investigation, DPS discovered alcohol in the vehicle.  All were referred to student conduct.

Saturday, 11/23

12:08 a.m. – A female suspected to be committing an alcohol violation eluded DPS officers by entering her residence at Townhouses 3 block and locking the door.  All of the unit’s residents were referred to student conduct.

12:14 a.m. – A student with alcohol walking out of a residence at Townhouses 3 block led DPS to discover a “bring your own booze” event.  The residents were referred to student conduct for alcohol policy violation.

12:28 a.m. – A suspicious male student outside Townhouses 9 block refused to cooperate with DPS by failing to produce identification, and was referred to student conduct.

12:50 a.m. – DPS discovered three students drinking on a rear porch in the Townhouses, and referred them to student conduct for an alcohol policy violation.

1:39 a.m. – An unknown male wearing sweatpants and a ball cap, sporting a mustache and blonde hair was reportedly engaged in aggressive behavior towards residents in Gonzaga Hall.  The man was gone before DPS could arrive to the scene.

1:48 a.m. – A non-student was observed jumping out of a taxi by the Main Checkpoint, and later discovered by DPS near the Townhouses 14 block.  The non-student refused to cooperate with DPS and was issued a criminal trespass warning, and their host was referred to student conduct.

12:58 p.m. – DPS conducting a compliance check during a fire alarm in Regis Hall noticed an odor of marijuana.  Two bags of suspected marijuana were discovered and a student was referred to student conduct.

Sunday, 11/24

1:22 a.m. – A student was seen by DPS entering the Barlow gate.  He was found in possession of five beers and referred to student conduct.

2:25 a.m. – Two roommates in Regis Hall who engaged in a physical and verbal altercation were referred to student conduct and ResLife.

11:08 a.m. – DPS responding to a fire alarm malfunction at a unit of Townhouses 12 block determined that residents had forcibly gained access to and vandalized their townhouse basement.  An extensive amount of broken glass was discovered, and the residents were referred to the office of ResLife for numerous health and safety violations, and referred to student conduct for criminal mischief.

11:56 a.m. – Two vehicles outside Townhouses 3 block were reportedly vandalized sometime over the night.  Standard Connecticut license plates were stolen from each vehicle.

Tuesday, 11/26

10:42 a.m. – A door in the Regis Hall lobby was reported damaged on the hinge.  A student was identified as being “excessively rough” with the door, and has been referred to student conduct.

6:25 p.m. – Suspected drug paraphernalia, specifically a “homemade bong,” was discovered by the AC of Loyola Hall.  The resident was referred to student conduct.

Wednesday, 11/27

2:01 p.m. – A non-student was caught using a StagCard to enter the DiMenna-Nyselius Library.  Their host was referred to student conduct for a guest violation.
