1:22 p.m. – Ray-Ban sunglasses were reported stolen from the first floor hallway in Canisius Hall.

Thursday, 11/7

3:18 p.m. – A student driving a motor vehicle at a high rate of speed on McInnes Road refused to stop for DPS officers.  The student was identified and their parking privileges have since been suspended.

7:24 p.m. – Students in Regis Hall were discovered to be in possession of alcohol after they failed to attend a mandatory building meeting.  The students were referred to student conduct.

Friday, 11/8

1:05 a.m. – A taxi driver was arrested for violating a criminal trespass warning issued on Oct. 26.

8:27 a.m. – A gold bracelet found outside Gonzaga Hall was received by DPS.

10:48 a.m. – A student in Regis Hall reported jeans and T-shirts missing from a dryer.

8:55 p.m. – A student in Gonzaga Hall was discovered walking around with alcohol.  The student was referred to student conduct.

10:40 p.m. – Non-students and their host were discovered in possession of alcohol outside Townhouses 14 block.

Saturday, 11/9

12:08 a.m. – Students in Jogues Hall were referred to student conduct for an alcohol violation.

1:20 a.m. – Two students dropped off by a taxi were discovered walking through the Jogues Gate.  One of the students failed to cooperate with DPS and was referred to student conduct.

3:14 a.m. – DPS responding to a fire alarm at Townhouses 8 block determined that marijuana smoke was the likely cause.  Marijuana was discovered, and residents were cited and referred to student conduct.

9:59 p.m. – Excessively loud music led DPS to discover underage students in possession of alcohol in Regis Hall.  All were referred to student conduct.

Sunday, 11/10

1:24 a.m. – A male student was referred to student conduct after he was found to be intoxicated while attending a social event in the Barone Campus Center.  The student was triaged by DPS and deemed fit to return to his residence.

2:29 a.m. – A student in Jogues Hall was referred to student conduct after they were discovered intoxicated.  The student was triaged and deemed fit to return to their residence.

2:41 a.m. – Students complained that they were overcharged by a Yellow Cab taxi driver.

3:02 a.m. – A criminal trespass warning was issued to a suspicious non-student roaming Jogues Hall trying to court women.

Monday, 11/11

11:56 a.m. – A smoke detector was reported vandalized in 42 Bellarmine.  The incident is under investigation.

Tuesday, 11/12

12:47 a.m. – The glass on the north swipe card reader door of Clavier Hall was reported vandalized.  The incident is under investigation.
