11:05 p.m. – Students in Townhouses 9 block were referred to student conduct for an alcohol violation.

Wednesday, 10/23

12:00 a.m. – A rear porch window was reported smashed by unknown individuals at Townhouses 1 block.

12:45 a.m. – An alumnus and a former student attempted to enter campus by walking through the Barlow Gate.  An expired StagCard was confiscated, and no criminal trespass warning have been issued yet.

11:05 p.m. – A student reported their StagCard was used to make fraudulent purchases at a vending machine on campus.  The student said their StagCard was lost at FUSA’s fall concert, Friday, Oct. 18.

Friday, 10/25

1:30 a.m. – A student in Townhouses 10 block reported an altercation between him and his housemate, but refused to cooperate or press charges.  All were referred to student conduct for disorderly conduct.

9:34 p.m. – Several students discovered to be in possession of alcohol on the fourth floor of Claver Hall.  All were referred to student conduct.

11:01 p.m. – A student was referred to student conduct after being discovered on the first floor of Regis Hall with a 30-pack of beer.

Saturday, 10/26

12:40 a.m. – A male student was found in possession of a six-pack of beer and whiskey on Ross Road.  He was referred to student conduct.

10:43 a.m. – A window was reported broken on the first floor of Kostka Hall.  A suspect was identified and referred to student conduct.

11:22 a.m. – While investigating vandalism in Kostka Hall, DPS noticed a strong odor of marijuana.  Upon investigation, suspected marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered.  The students involved were referred to student conduct and issued citations from the Fairfield Police.

6:15 p.m. – Two blankets were reported stolen from the laundry room in Townhouses 2 block.

11:15 p.m. – A driver was stopped by the Regina A. Quick Center for driving with too many passengers.  The driver was found to be illegally operating a fraudulent taxi and was issued a criminal trespass warning.

Sunday, 10/27

12:30 a.m. – A male student reportedly smashed the TV in the Regis Hall kitchen lounge.  The student was identified and referred to student conduct.

2:00 a.m. – A student was reported trying to knock down street signs on Ross Road.  The student was identified and discovered to be heavily intoxicated.  After medical examination, the student was deemed fit to return to their residence, and was referred to student conduct.

Monday, 10/28

12:48 p.m. – Bridgeport Police reported that several underage Fairfield students were present in a bar which was investigated for serving alcohol to minors.  The bar has since been closed.
