Tuesday, 9/10
8:08 a.m. – A Fairfield Prep student struck a tree with their motor vehicle, resulting in a back up on N. Benson Road. No injuries were reported.
2:46 p.m. – A different Fairfield Prep student was cited with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and referred to the Prep Dean of Students.
3:44 p.m. – A suspicious college-aged person was reported near Donnarumma Hall.
Wednesday, 9/11
9:30 a.m. – A suspicious individual was reported and shortly after confronted by Department of Public Safety. The person’s vehicle was searched and drug paraphernalia and alcohol were discovered. Fairfield Police were notified and a criminal trespass warning was issued.
12:50 p.m. – Drug paraphernalia was discovered at Townhouse 5 block. The student responsible was referred to student conduct.
Thursday, 9/12
7:32 p.m. – A campus wide power outage occurred as a result of a severe thunderstorm. A Stag Alert message was issued instructing students to stay indoors, and power was restored approximately 30 minutes later.
11:53 p.m. – A smoke detector in Regis Hall was reported vandalized sometime during the power outage.
Friday, 9/13
12:41 a.m. – Loud music led DPS to a residence at Townhouse 14 block. Fake IDs were discovered and the students responsible were referred to student conduct.
6:05 p.m. – Underage students in Gonzaga Hall were found in possession of alcohol and referred to student conduct.
9:21 p.m. – Underage students in Claver Hall were found in possession of alcohol. The alcohol was dumped and the students were referred to student conduct.
Saturday, 9/14
5:13 p.m. – A Sodexo employee reported two students being disorderly. The students, later identified by DPS, allegedly threw a plate of food down, causing food to spill onto the Sodexo employee. The two then allegedly knocked over a stack of Fairfield Mirror newspapers.
10:22 p.m. – Underage students in Claver Hall were found to be in possession of alcohol. Their alcohol was dumped out and the students were referred to student conduct.
11:54 p.m. – Students in Regis Hall were found to be in possession of alcohol. Their alcohol was dumped out and the students were referred to student conduct.
Sunday, 9/15
1:15 a.m. – Students in Regis Hall involved in disorderly conduct were referred to student conduct.
6:50 a.m. – Spotlights by the stag statue were discovered vandalized.
10:19 a.m. – A student reported their vehicle was vandalized near Townhouse 11 block.
12:44 p.m. – A student in Townhouse 14 block reported their vehicle had been damaged the night before.
