Tuesday, 9/30

10:29 a.m. – The door sign to room 312 in Canisius Hall was ripped off the wall sometime during the previous evening.

Wednesday, 10/1

12:15 a.m. – Cash was reported stolen from room 217 of Canisius. The money was going to be used for a campus fundraiser. Anyone with information about the incident should contact DPS.

1:59 p.m. – A silver Schwinn bicycle was reported stolen from the Charles F. Dolan School of Business bicycle rack. Anyone with information about the incident should contact DPS.

Thursday, 10/2

4:23 p.m. – A student reported that his backpack, containing an iPad and other personal items, was stolen. The student was able to use tracking software on his iPad to locate the device, which was discovered in a vehicle. The owner of the car was found, arrested for larceny and issued a criminal trespassing warning.

Friday, 10/3

12:47 a.m. – Ice cream, along with taquitos, were reported taken from a 14 block townhouse. The taken items were found near Fairfield College Preparatory School. DPS was unsure if the items were eaten or not. The suspect was identified and referred to student conduct.

11:22 p.m. – A non-student was issued a criminal trespass warning and escorted off campus after he was disorderly with DPS officers in the Quad. His student host was referred to student conduct for guest responsibility requirements unmet.

Saturday, 10/14

2:57 a.m. – The south side Gonzaga Hall door was broken by a non-student who punched the window. The individual was identified and his Fairfield host is responsible for the cost of the damages.

9:16 a.m. – A Townhouse 9 block back window was reported broken. There are no suspects. Anyone with information about the incident should contact DPS.

10:21 p.m. – A case of Poland Spring water was reported stolen from a Campion Hall residence.

Sunday, 10/5

2:03 a.m. – An intoxicated minor in Loyola Hall was found to be under the influence by resident assistants, but DPS deemed that no further medical attention was needed.

3:17 a.m. – DPS assisted RA staff when an individual in Regis Hall was uncompliant. The student ran from RAs while in possession of alcohol. The student was referred to student conduct.

1:50 p.m. – A student was bitten by a dog on Grauert Field. The individual required medical treatment for minor injuries. The dog was quarantined for its actions.

Monday, 10/6

1:20 a.m. – Two students were stopped by DPS officers for smoking marijuana on the Campion Hall field by the basketball courts. The students were both referred to student conduct.

Tuesday, 10/7

12:54 a.m. – An argument involving a former boyfriend and girlfriend became physical and resulted in assault arrests. The case is still under investigation.
