1. Bling It On. A little extra shine can’t hurt … unless it’s reflecting in the sun, of course. Metallic fabrics are making a big entrance in 2014. From copper tones to rich gold shimmer, you will be seeing a lot more shine in stores.

2. Sheer. For the upcoming seasons, designers have made their pieces clear — really clear. This see-through material will soon be more popular than it is now, so be sure to stock up on undergarments.

3. Tea, Anyone? Longer skirts have made their way back into style. For the spring and summer seasons, expect to see tea-length skirts, especially fuller ones with playful patterns such as stripes and floral prints.

4. Got the Blues? Designers are welcoming all shades of blue. Whether it is denim blue or sky blue, this color trend is soon to be a big hit in fashion.

5. No Strings Attached. Fringe may have died out for a little while, but it is certainly back. Do not be surprised to see these strings making their way back on clothing racks.
