By taking out a few of the extra spices and substituting with some vegetables, you can make an easy turkey stir-fry.

Ingredients:
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
1 turkey patty (from hamburger section)
2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
2 spoonfuls of chopped peppers
2 spoonfuls of chopped broccoli
2 spoonfuls of chopped mushrooms
Directions:
1. Take turkey patty and cut it up into small pieces. Put to the side.
2. Get chopped peppers, broccoli and mushrooms from the stir-fry section. Cut them up and mix into a small bowl. Add salt and pepper for extra flavor.
3. Grease the pan with olive oil and add the vegetable mix and the soy sauce (located at the stir-fry section). Stir the mixture until the mushrooms have browned.
4. Add the chopped turkey to the pan and stir the mixture for 2 – 4 minutes.
5. Move the turkey stir-fry onto a plate and ENJOY!
