Olivia Marceda
Olivia Marceda is currently the Head News Editor for the Fairfield Mirror. She is a Digital Journalism Major at Fairfield University. She continued her passion for journalism by joining The Fairfield Mirror and WVOF, the student radio station. At the Fairfield Mirror, her position as Head News Editor taught her about working under tight deadlines, receiving feedback from peers and advisors, and collaborating effectively. She is also the Co-Music Director for WVOF, where she manages the station and support students in developing radio and podcasting technical skills. In addition, she act as an Analyst and Play-By-Play commentator for Fairfield’s DI women’s sports teams. What she love about her roles on campus is the opportunity to elevate student news and radio, while being a part of an excellent team.
