Julian Nazario
Julian Nazario currently serves as the Managing Editor and Town Affairs Reporter for The Fairfield Mirror. During his tenure at The Mirror, he has focused on town politics, data-driven and investigative stories, including his award-winning reporting on the behind-the-scenes events that shaped the university’s response to the 2023 SantaCon. His reporting has also been featured on Fairfield Patch, The Connecticut Post and The Independent.
As a Digital Journalism and Politics student, he strives to practice community-based journalism that promotes accountability and presents untold stories. That has been his mission since he started his career at The Fairfield Mirror in September 2022 as an Assistant News Editor, and it has followed him through experiences with The Rearview and an internship with NBC New York.
When he is not covering the news, he is still covering the news.
