Dozens of bees greeted J.D. Worall on August 31 as he walked into his Loyola dorm room to begin his cross-country preseason. Worrall found himself with a combination of dead and alive bees. Upon advice from his RA, he swatted the rest of the bees with his flip-flops.

by Ashleigh Egan The annual college rankings have been released once again, and Fairfield University has received multiple rankings from The Princeton Review and U.S. News ' World Report. This year's rankings for the university range from prestigious to less than admirable.

It's that time of year again - the time where about 900 fresh-faced, well-rested freshmen arrive to tackle the "best four years of their lives" while attempting to take that last giant leap into "the real world." But while college is constantly touted as a time of preparation, many of us forget one thing: we have four years to live first.
