10:22 a.m. – A recently replaced flat screen television in the Regis Hall kitchen lounge was reported vandalized.
Wednesday, 1/29
1:59 a.m. – DPS discovered a resident of the Townhouses 8 block to be in possession of suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. The student was cited and referred to student conduct.
Thursday, 1/30
12:29 p.m. – A University-owned MacBook valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from Canisius 104. The incident is believed to be related to a similar theft from last week, and is under investigation.
Friday, 1/31
3:20 a.m. – A male student in Kostka Hall was discovered to be intoxicated after he urinated on a resident’s door. The student was referred to student conduct.
10:31 p.m. – A non-student in Regis Hall was discovered to be in possession of alcohol. Their host was referred to student conduct.
11:03 p.m. – “Beer pong sounds echoing throughout the quad” led DPS and RAs to a residence in Loyola Hall, where half of the building was away for a retreat. The resident was referred to student conduct for violating alcohol policy.
Saturday, 2/1
1:12 a.m. – Two students were reportedly involved in a fist fight outside the Levee and referred to student conduct. One student required medical attention resulting from the altercation.
2:01 a.m. – A student and a non-student were discovered intoxicated in Campion Hall. The student was referred to student conduct.
2:15 a.m. – DPS responded to a report of a vomiting female in Jogues Hall. The female student was discovered to be intoxicated and referred to student conduct.
Sunday, 2/2
12:55 a.m. – A male student was found intoxicated outside of the Townhouses 11 block and referred to student conduct.
1:47 a.m. – A non-student was found vomiting in Gonzaga Hall. Their host was referred to student conduct.
2:09 a.m. – A student reported the contents of their room were vandalized; their couch and desk were discovered flipped over, and their chair was broken. The incident is under investigation.
2:29 a.m. – A Kostka Hall first floor south exit sign was reported vandalized.
1:47 p.m. – DPS responded to a complaint of a non-authorized pet in a residence of the Townhouses 5 block. It was discovered that the pet, a rabbit, was being served alcoholic beverages. “Upon response, officers determined the animal had bloodshot eyes.” The animal has been released to the custody of the area coordinator, and the students responsible have been referred to student conduct.
