Now that we have final papers, presentations and projects just around the corner, the academic year is quickly reaching its crescendo. While these activities will surely keep us busy, take a time-out by attending one of the many events around Stag Country this week.
Tuesday, 4/11
MPA Summit: Moving Forward in the Absence of GE – Learn about the impact of General Electric’s departure from Connecticut on the economy and beyond when a host of local politicians descend on the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts at 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public; a business-casual dress code is requested.
Wednesday, 4/12
Step Up Stags Competition Winner Announced – The winners of the Step Up Stags competition — which asked students to produce original posters on themes such as consent and sexual assault awareness — will be announced between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Lower Level of the Barone Campus Center.
Softball v. Army West Point – Head to the Alumni Softball Diamond at 3 p.m. to catch the Stags as they take on Army West Point.
Friday, 4/14
Baseball v. St. Peter’s – Support the Stags as they take on St. Peter’s starting at noon at Alumni Diamond.
Saturday, 4/15
Baseball v. St. Peter’s – The Stags look to finish up play against St. Peter’s at Alumni Diamond when they take the field at noon.
