You never know what flavors are going to be available in the dining hall, but they are usually plain old vanilla and chocolate. What’s worse, usually when there is a good flavor, it has been mutilated and picked over by other eager but sloppy diners leaving it no longer desirable. The toppings are equally unpredictable; sometimes there is a wide variety while at other times, only one or two are placed out. The frozen yogurt is the only saving grace of the Barone ice cream experience, but even that gets sickening night after night when management forgets to change the flavors regularly. But hey, how much can we really complain when ice cream is included for “free” with our meal plan?
