An event-filled slate of football games took place last weekend, with many divisional rivalries heating up as the race for the postseason continues.

​A football week that started out on a promising note last Thursday with an exciting battle between two desperate teams ended on Monday with a boring contest between two teams going nowhere.

NFL fans everywhere were spoiled yet again this past weekend, with a full slate of exciting games to keep them happy.

Another week has passed, and another entertaining Sunday of football is over.

​A new football week is about to begin, and I hope that it will be as exciting as the last one was. ​The highlight of last week’s games involved Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts defeating former Colt great Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. The Broncos, although down late in the fourth quarter, showed why they were undefeated to that point and came very close to tying the game, falling short right before the end.

Another exciting week of football has just ended, and just like the previous one, it included an exciting shootout between two highly skilled quarterbacks.

An interesting Week 5 has come and gone, taking with it one of the best games I have ever seen.

Week three has just ended, and with it goes some surprising stories, as well as some unsurprising ones.
