Thursday, March 3 3:23 p.m. – Jewelry and clothing were taken from a room in Claver. There was no sign of forced entry. 11:48 p.m. – The Regis hall exterior window on the ground floor was smashed. Saturday, March 5 2:53 a.m. – The outer pane rear window at a townhouse was found broken. 6:55 a.m. – Attempted burglary occurred at the townhouses. The rear window was bent outward. The wooden dowels prevented entry.

Sunday, March 6 8:40 a.m. – Attempted burglary occurred at townhouses. The screen of the rear window was bent outward. The wooden dowels prevented entry. 9:27 a.m. – Information was received that a townhouse window was found open. Footprints were found visible on a couch. 8:54 p.m. – Attempted burglary at the townhouses occurred. The porch window and the back porch door window were found smashed. The Fairfield police and occupants were notified while on Spring Break.

Thursday, March 10 6:45 p.m. – Attempted burglary at the townhouses occurred. The rear window was bent outward. The wooden dowels prevented entry. 10:06 p.m. – There was a burglary arrest. Officers heard a loud crash. They engaged the suspect in a foot pursuit; the suspect was arrested by Fairfield police.

Monday, March 14 11:44 a.m. – A townhouse’s front porch railing was completely knocked down. Maintenance was notified.
