Assuming that those of you who choose the beach as the best hook-up spot actually meant a house on the beach (we all know how uncomfortable having sand in your sneakers is, imagine having it anywhere else), I’d have to say I agree. If you’re hooking up at a beach house, chances are you’re hooking up with a senior and, excuse me for channeling Paris Hilton, but that’s hot. Another perk of hooking up at the beach when you are still living on campus: chances of an awkward post hook-up encounter are very slim. You will never see that guy/girl in Barone. If you are a fan of hooking up on the beach with the waves crashing behind you, how very romance novel of you. Good luck with the sand (and the crabs). Be sure to pre-plan your transportation home because there is nothing like the walk of shame back to campus.
