Best? The Library

If you think the only thing to do in the library is study, you have it all wrong. There are lots of dark corners and private study areas with big, comfy chairs perfect for all things non-philosophy related. For years, the best hook-up spot has been the beach, yet this cliche fantasy has become as regular as hooking up in a dorm room. The library, on the other hand, is the most underrated hook-up spot on campus. While sprawled out on the floor of the stacks, looking for some boring European history book, dreading a 15-page research paper, it is hard not to think of pulling your certain someone away from studying for their finance exam. Please, the idea of a hot, steamy love affair in between the bookshelves is enough to make the library the most scandolous and, therefore, the best place to hook up.

Worst? Jogues Elevator

No doubt about it, the hormones are out of control on the quad. Freshmen and sophmores experiencing co-ed living for the first time coupled with levels of alcohol consumption are the exact reasons why the Jogues elevator is the worst place to hook up. Not to mention, the reason why people hook up there in the first place. Maybe a roommate kicked you and your guest out of the room, or maybe you two crazy kids just can’t keep your paws off of each other. But, c’mon, keep your business out of the elevator; no one wants to witness your disgraceful, animalistic interpretation of passion after a long night of studying in the common room. If the smell of urine and beer turn you on, you should maybe watch your drinking and then you would realize that the dirty, Jogues elevator is so not sexy.

Staff Pick: The Mirror Office

The windows may intimidate some, but The Mirror staff is so incredibly comfortable with being in a fishbowl, that hooking up in the office is not embarassing. Besides, the hours that we spend in the office are so late at night, there is no one in the Campus Center anyway. We work hard, we play hard, and we don’t think it is a problem to do both in the same place.
