Fairfield gets stereotyped as a campus that's mainly into bands doing the college circuit, such as this year's act, O.A.R., and others like them. This explains the synonymous string of bands we have seen on campus during our time here.

If you ever get the opportunity to see Bob Dylan, you can't go in with expectations. Throughout his career he never wanted anyone to expect anything from him, and he isn't changing now.

Groovy's is much more of an environment as opposed to just a restaurant. The rapper was pulled over and charged with possession of marijuana and weapon charges. BRAND NEW's third studio album is due out November 20th, and is titled The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me.

Every musician looks to push the boundaries and explore the musical unknown as they continue their career. Keeping things interesting is how an artist stays at the forefront. Musical genius Beck has once again delivered with his ninth studio album, "The Information."

Many of you have probably seen the green "Save Darfur" banner hanging up in the campus center. Those who have missed it may have noticed the green "Live Strong" look-a-like bracelets on the wrists of many students around campus. Many of you are also probably wondering what Darfur is and if it is some type of lame spin-off on Save Ferris Bueller.

In 1963, Ennis Del Mar, played by Heath Ledger, and Jack Twist, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, take on a job guarding a flock of sheep on Brokeback Mountain.

THE SMASHING PUMPKINS have announced plans to get back together to tour this summer, with the Californian Coachella Valley Music Festival on April 30 being their comeback show. KANYE WEST, MARIAH CAREY and JOHN LEGEND are the first performers announced for the 48th Annual Grammy Awards, airing live on CBS from Los Angeles' Staples Center on Feb.
