Following last Wednesday's FUSA budget meeting, President Hutchinson Williams held a second open forum Monday night for representatives from any FUSA branch as an opportunity to voice questions or suggestions concerning specific funds.

Professors at the University of Iowa, Fordham and Yale, to name a few, have tapped into the trend, according to U-wire, and it seems like professors at Fairfield might be next.

Fairfield University Sodexho workers are sporting neon stickers on their uniforms this week, but they are far from pieces of flair. The stickers sport the slogan "Unfair Sick Policy: We Don't Want to Have to Work Sick" and were distributed by union representatives as a display of solidarity.

To the Editor: Thank you for each and every one of the articles written about my nephew, Alex Carrión Casas. I am his "Titi Cori" (Aunt) from Puerto Rico and reading about his life at Fairfield has alleviated the pain and emptiness his passing causes each day.

To The Editor: As two members of the 2005-2006 FUSA Senate, we were initially hesitant to actively support either candidate in the current Fairfield University Student Association Election. All four contenders have worked hard at achieving their goals within the Fairfield community and have shown they have the student's best interests at heart.

We are in college right? Doesn't that mean that we are supposed to be free to do as we please? We should be able to come home at any ridiculous hour, go out to bars and socialize with whomever we please, choose who we want to hang out with or don't want to hang out with.

To the Editor: I am writing to express the reasons why I believe I am the best candidate for the position of FUSA president. The several points on my platform are traditions, diversity, academics, student unity, town gown and FUSA unity. But there is one thing that is not on my platform but makes me a more qualified candidate.
