2:10 p.m. A broken pay phone was found in Campion Hall. There are currently no suspects.

3:21-3:24 p.m. Two chronic traffic offenders were towed off campus from the RecPlex parking lot. The cars were from the townhouses and Kostka Hall.

Friday, March 2

11:47 a.m. An immobilization device was put on a female freshman’s vehicle that was not supposed to be parked on campus. The car was found in the Jogues Hall parking lot.

8:49 p.m. Toothpaste was found in several keyholes on the ground floor of Campion Hall. Special maintenance was called in to clean the mess up, which became very expensive.

Saturday, March 3

12:41-1:05 a.m. Two non-students were sent to St. Vincent’s Hospital due to over consumption of alcoholic beverages.

8:58 a.m. A resident called to report permanent marker drawings on her dorm room door. Maintenance was called to clean up the vandalism.

8:50 p.m. Jogues Hall residents were found with various types of alcohol in their dorm room. The students were documented and referred to the student conduct board.

Sunday, March 4

1:27 a.m. A female student driving back from the beach was stopped at a police checkpoint and charged with driving under the influence.

1:29 a.m. A female student claimed that a driver was intentionally driving at a rapid speed toward her. The driver has been identified.

5:35 a.m. A large, $2,500 beanbag caught fire in the basement of the townhouses. Fairfield Fire Department came to extinguish it, and there was minimal damage done to the townhouse. The beanbag was destroyed, and the cause of the fire is yet to be determined.

3:14 p.m. A university neighbor turned in a book bag they had found outside. The book bag contained a stolen laptop which was traced back to a burglary at the beach. The laptop was sent to the Fairfield Police Department for fingerprint investigation.
