A study done by the University of Albany showed that "women use kissing to examine their respective mate." An assault on our humanity is how English professor Gita Rajan introduced the topic of Dr. Ruchira Gupta's Emmy Award-winning documentary, "The Selling of the Innocents," to a packed crowd at the Kelley Center Monday evening. Through her documentary, Gupta brought the world's attention to the crimes committed against girls in Central Asia.

It's how you passed the long hours at your nine-to-fiver this summer while pretending to be of some use, and how you put off writing that paper for the third day in a row.

New at FU: Aimee Tiu

Aimee Tiu is the new director of Academic and Disability Support Services. Her office, located in the Kelley Center, runs disability assessment, accommodation and support, providing all students and visitors with disabilities with access to a variety of programs and services at Fairfield University.
